A study by London doctors has shown the positive effects of tea on the stress hormone.

They took two “test groups” and they had the same stressful task. The first group consisted of regular tea drinkers, and the second of tea drinkers but casual. After an hour of work on this stressful task, the first group showed a decrease of 47% of its cortisol rate while the second group decreased by only 27%.

2. Sleep 8 hours a day
